  • Clients: We were approached by our clients to knock down the old home situated on 800m² on family land, and to put up 2 luxury family homes for both families to live right next to each other

When people approach us, they are usually referrals from clients we have built a new luxury home or did a high-end home renovation for. Since we specialise in the inner city of Melbourne for high-end projects, the clients are already well informed before contacting us.

 

Our initial appointment entails getting an overall vision from our clients, then we start putting in motion the logistics to make that happen. 

 

In this case, our clients had a valuable plot of land totalling 800m² in Fairfield, Melbourne and wanted to have 2 homes. Each home to have 400m², and both were to be high-end with high-end fittings throughout.

 

The idea was that the 2 close families would live side-by-side, and both had a say on their own preferences for the interior including fixture and fittings for their home.

Both new homes are high-end double storey houses, with stairs leading to upstairs located near the front door. 

 

The front has a driveway leading to the garage totalling 2 car spots. 

New House Kitchen, Dining, and Living Areas

As with the high quality throughout, the kitchen is no different. Stone benches are used as with our high-end kitchen renovations, and this comes with an island as requested in the design with our architect. High end taps, lights, etc were chosen with consulation with our representative at Beaumont tiles which included 600×600 tiles used. The kitchen continues into a walk-in pantry which includes a sink.

 

Luxury is continued with engineered flooring being used throughout.

A bar is included across from the kitchen.

Outdoor Entertaining

From the lounge, you enter onto the outside decking area in the backyard with comprises of a BBQ, bench, and sink. The decking is constructed using premium materials which is custom made.

New House #1 Bathroom and Powder Rooms

As with our high-end bathroom renovation projects, we use the best quality materials as desired by our clients.

 

A glass screen separates the shower and bathtub. His and her sinks go without saying. High quality 600×600 tiles were used in all wet areas, in all the 4 bathrooms in conjunction with Beautmont Tiles. 

New Home #2 Bathroom and Powder Rooms

As with bathroom in New Home Build #1, the 4 bathrooms in New Home Build #2 is to a similar design, with the same high quality materials, with a different styles with fixtures and fittings as chosen by the family.
